2008/9 TRAINING The WRFC is currently training Thursday nights at the central branch YMCA in Worcester, MA (766 Main St., Worcester).    This is a cardio only training spin class that will be held on the following dates (excluding 12/25/08 and 1/1/09 for obvious reasons): 12-11-08 12-18-08 01-08-09 01-15-09 01-22-09 01-29-09 Additionally, another cardio training session will be held on the following dates at the YMCA at 7pm: 01-06-09 01-13-09 01-20-09 01-27-09 02-03-09 02-10-09
